Inclusive Leaders Community (ILC) Membership Terms of Use

The following are terms and conditions of use of the Inclusive Leaders Community Membership.

 

By joining and using the Inclusive Leaders Community (ILC) Membership, 

I agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Content Use and Availability

The content provided in the ILC Membership is for active members only. Content should not be downloaded unless otherwise noted. 

2. Support Inquiries

All membership and billing questions should be directed to support@ilcmembership.com.

3. Payment Handling

Payments for all members will draft on a 30 day cycle including holidays to the card information provided on file. Post initial membership payment, additional payments will be drafted 30 days post sign-up. If payment failures occur, membership will be canceled. Re-enrollment can occur but are subject to current pricing and current benefit offerings. 

4. Cancellations

Cancellations require 72 hours processing time. All cancelation requests should be directed to support@ilcmembership.com. No refunds will be issued for any monthly payments and monthly fees will not be prorated.
